Marketing Project: Identifying a new growth market
Floyd from Frisby Building approached us because he had been in the construction industry for 25 years and wanted to concentrate on a specific area within building (kitchen and bathroom installation) and a specific geographical area (ME19 and ME20) so that he did not have to spend too much time travelling.
We researched the external growth prospects for the areas he was considering and also assessed his offerings. We produced a report with a clear action plan taking into account his budget and lifestyle needs. The report gave specific offline and online recommendations. We helped him implement the plan including providing advert design and copy writing for his advertorials.
Result: Floyd has seen “a constant flow of new customers” after acting on the recommendations.
