Who is the customer?
Field and Marshal Mortgages (https://fieldandmarshal.co.uk) are mortgage and protection advisers owned by Daniel Kitchener, a CeMAP Mortgage Adviser and a CeRER Equity Release Adviser with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. They are formerly known as Rosemount Mortgages.
Field and Marshal Mortgages are passionate about property investment, development and finance. Owner, Daniel Kitchener strongly believes that property can improve people’s lifestyle. He uses his experience and knowledge, both as an investor and a landlord, to help clients.
What were the customers goals?
Field and Marshal Mortgages are based in Tunbridge Wells and Kings Hill. They required a rebranding project to launch their new business name, enabling them to become known and trusted within their main geographical areas of Kent, East Sussex and Surrey and so grow their business.

How did Kings Hill Marketing Consultancy implement the Growth programme?
We chose three logo/website designers who we knew well and negotiated optimal rates. The client chose Paul Gurney from The Graphic Design Shop (https://thegraphicdesignshop.co.uk/).
We designed the layout of the new website, provided content, new blogs and worked closely with both client and designer to iron out any problem areas.
Kings Hill Marketing Consultancy also provided team training/guidance on social media strategy.
Brand awareness and visibility of Field and Marshal Mortgages would be tracked through looking at website traffic/behaviour, social media insights and database.
